What You’re Joining

A single program: the YouTube Cohort with Reactivid closed beta access. We help you choose a winnable niche, stand up an AI-assisted production pipeline, and publish consistently. No promises; high support.

  • New channels only: This beta launches a brand-new channel with you (not for existing channels).
  • Process over hype: planning, pipeline, publishing, iteration.
  • Post-cohort option: after Dec 29 you may opt into our partner plan (MCN-style) at a transparent 20% revenue share for ongoing support + Reactivid. Totally optional; no lock-ins during the cohort.

How Reactivid Works

  1. Input (script or voice): Paste a script or upload a voiceover. We transcribe to SRT (subtitle file with timestamps).
  2. Storyboard CSV (beats): We turn SRT into a structured storyboard (one row per beat with start/end time).
  3. Smart Text on Screen: Our Smart Rules (transparent if/then logic) auto-tag lines as title cards, headings, emphasis, lower thirds, and apply your text presets (font, size, position, animation).
  4. Visuals: Per beat, Reactivid can generate AI images from prompts and/or suggest stock-footage searches that match your topic context.
  5. Music & SFX: Drop in a music bed and place SFX hits on emphasis beats. Auto-balanced so the VO stays clear.
  6. Transitions: Choose your transition grammar (cut/fade/slide/zoom). Applied consistently across the timeline.
  7. AE Export: We compile everything into a ready-to-run After Effects timeline via JSX templates. Output is a neat ZIP (CSV + assets + JSX + manifest).

Why After Effects? It’s extremely customizable, industry-standard, and uniquely supports scripted comp builds—we can “program” timelines. That gives you a pro look while Reactivid does the heavy lifting.

Cohort Timeline & Phases (Oct 4 → Dec 29)

Phase 0 — Kickoff Workshop (Sat, Oct 4)

  • Calibrate goals & constraints; install Reactivid.
  • Set Text Presets & Smart Rules; generate first storyboard; export a working AE comp.
  • Draft your Channel Model (plan + projections).

Phase 1 — Channel Planning (Oct 5–13)

  • Lock niche and repeatable formats (myths, mistakes, timelines, explainers, etc.).
  • Set up channel identity (handle, banner, About, playlists).
  • Brand pack: fonts, colors, lower thirds, bumpers; thumbnail system test.
  • Complete the Content Projections template (views, RPM, cadence, costs).

Phase 2 — Script & Planning (Oct 14–20)

  • Outline a 30-day slate (scripts → VO → storyboard).
  • Create script scaffolds with consistent hook shapes and beat density.
  • Confirm file structure and naming conventions.

Phase 3 — First Video & Template Finalization (Oct 21–27)

  • Build your first video end-to-end via Reactivid → AE export.
  • Lock structure: title-card timing, caption styling, lower-third cadence, transitions, end-screen ladder.
  • Document a publish checklist and versioning habits.

Phase 4 — Launch Week (Oct 28–Nov 3)

  • Public launch; ship 3–7 videos (mix long/short as planned).
  • A/B two title variants; review early CTR and 30s/60s retention.

Phase 5 — Improve the Content (Nov 4–24)

  • Tune hooks and intros; fix early drop-offs; refine thumbnail grammar.
  • Stabilize weekly cadence; level up motion presets as needed.

Phase 6 — Build the 2026 Backlog (Nov 25–Dec 29)

  • Prepare a year-ahead backlog (scripts/VO/storyboards) for 2026.
  • Harden automations; organize assets; lock December schedule and early-Q1 themes.
  • Push toward monetization milestones with consistent publishing.

Output expectations: Choose your track — Launch & Learn (~2 videos/week, ≈18–22 total), Aggressive (~1/day, ≈60–80), or Automation Lab (2–4/day for advanced text-driven formats). Cohort-wide aspiration: 104–365 videos by the end of the cohort (format-dependent).

FAQ

Is this for new or existing channels?

New channels only for this beta. We launch a fresh channel with you. (Existing channels may be considered in future cohorts.)

Do I need to know After Effects?

Only the basics. If you can learn a timeline, we’ll support you. Reactivid automates the heavy lifting; AE gives us pro-grade customization and scriptable builds.

Why After Effects instead of other editors?

AE is highly customizable and uniquely supports script-driven comp creation, which lets us convert your storyboard into a polished timeline automatically.

Teams allowed? What does it cost?

Yes—teams are encouraged. Bring up to 3 collaborators per channel. The workshop price remains 5,000 THB per channel/team (not per person).

What happens after the cohort ends?

You can continue independently, or opt into our 20% MCN-style partner plan for ongoing support + Reactivid. Your choice.

How long to monetization?

Varies by niche, quality, and cadence. With weekly uploads, many channels reach eligibility in 3–6 months. No guarantees.

Do you help with titles and thumbnails?

Yes. We iterate titles/thumbs weekly and track CTR improvements.

Do you handle copyright/licensing?

We coach safe sourcing (music, stock, CC). You’re responsible for rights to your uploads; we provide best-practice checklists.

How do I apply?

Use the application form. You’ll receive details, dates, and next steps by email.
